Deputy Care Home Manager – North Kent / Canterbury
Location: Canterbury KENT area
Position: Supernumerary 40 hours per week, full time
£competitive salary, approximately c£55,000-60,000 p.a. (DOE)
Luxury, purpose‑built 60 bed home providing nursing residential and dementia care
Responsibilities
You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home. You’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
* You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
* Ideally be working in the luxury/private pay market.
* Currently hold a PIN or have experience of managing staff in a nursing home setting.
