Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in pricing and delivering projects smoothly for our clients by coordinating between our customers and logistics manager.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
* Leading the scoping, planning and delivery of installation projects and office relocations
* Preparing detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring accuracy and value for clients
* Coordinating with the logistics manager and warehouse team to allocate vehicles, space and manpower
* Managing project budgets, schedules and resources, solving issues proactively as they arise
* Overseeing on-site delivery and installation teams to maintain high standards of service
* Providing updates and solutions to clients throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in furniture installation, office fit-out, facilities management, or a related industry
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients at all levels
* Commercial awareness with experience preparing costings and managing budgets
* A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of office furniture installation is an advantage
