What you will do in this role
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Provide daily supervision to a group of customer engagement advisors.
* Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, committed to ensuring game-changers are fulfilling their roles effectively
* Effectively provide regular performance coaching sessions, team meetings and team engagement activities.
* Utilise team strengths and mentor game-changers to achieve Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
* Ensure game-changer compliance of Concentrix internal policies and procedures.
* Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
* Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or within a supervisory role is advantageous
* ATB certified (internal applications only)
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Work well under pressure
* Are confident mentoring, coaching and providing development to game-changers
* Are a highly motivated individual, who strives to achieve performance expectations
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
