SEND & SEMH Education Roles – Teachers & Support Staff (Hailsham Area) We are working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across the Hailsham area, supporting pupils who require emotionally informed support, clear boundaries and consistent routines to thrive in education. These schools support both primary and secondary pupils and are known for their welcoming, supportive staff cultures. While behaviour can be challenging at times, staff work collaboratively and are never expected to manage difficulties in isolation. We are seeking teachers and classroom support staff who are committed to SEND and SEMH education and want their work to have real purpose.
