Job Description:
This role involves delivering excellent customer care while achieving monthly targets related to KPIs and service budgets. The Customer Care Representative interprets customer requirements, maintains accurate records in the in-house ERP system (BaaN), and provides administrative support to the UK Fleet of Fork Lift Engineers, including planning and dispatching engineers as needed.
The role requires managing workloads effectively, maintaining good housekeeping of WIP, and handling a busy telephone and email service for logging breakdown calls from clients across the UK. A strong customer care ethos and the ability to go the extra mile are essential.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Customer Care: Building relationships, maintaining contact, and updating customers on work orders.
2. Service Call Intake & Dispatch: Logging requests, managing open work orders, ensuring SLA compliance, and reporting issues.
3. Clocking Validation: Reviewing and adjusting technician time clocking reports.
4. Invoicing: Verifying labor and parts on work orders and generating invoices.
5. PM Agreements: Entering and updating PM agreements, reviewing estimates, and resolving invoice queries.
6. Emails: Handling incoming emails professionally.
Person specifications include a high level of customer care, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, IT proficiency (Word and Excel), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
