This rewarding role involves working with young people who may be at risk of exclusion, or who have previously been excluded from mainstream education, helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally. With a strong focus on nurture, consistency, and personalised learning, the school empowers students to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and rediscover their potential. The Role Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams, you’ll provide tailored academic and emotional support to students, helping them stay engaged in education and make meaningful progress. Your encouragement, patience, and ability to build positive relationships will play a key role in each student’s journey.
