About the Role: Junior Sous Chef
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a leader in our busy, fresh food kitchen, ensuring quality dishes are served to our guests every day. From towering burgers to wood-fired pizzas, your expertise will be key to creating exceptional dining experiences.
What You'll Do:
* Lead your station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating.
* Help with stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
* Mentor your team and develop your leadership skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Who We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of chef experience in a similar fresh food, high-volume setting.
* Passion for creating great food and leading by example.
* Energetic, positive, and ready to thrive in a busy environment.
* Flexible with evenings and weekends.
