As a Live-in Carer, you will live alongside your client in their own home, providing high-quality personal care and meaningful companionship. You will support clients with everyday tasks, helping them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. You will be matched with regular clients, with opportunities for progression within the company.
Your Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including support with hygiene and dressing
Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light household tasks and laundry
Supporting or prompting with basic cooking
Supporting shopping and daily routines
Assisting with or prompting medication in line with care plans
What We Look For
Kind, positive, and motivated individuals who enjoy helping others
Experience in live-in care or a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
Empathy and patience to support older people to live fulfilling lives
A reliable, mature, and proactive approach
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Proof of right to work in the UK (required)
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
Willingness to travel to locations across West Sussex and surrounding areas, including Crawley, Burgess Hill, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Portsmouth, Chichester, and Bognor Regis (a driving licence and access to a car are preferred but not required)
