Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Adolescent Safeguarding Team.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
Manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
You are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
You hold a Social Care England registration.
You possess strong leadership and management skills.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in using relevant software and technology.
You demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
You are a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
You have experience working with adolescents.
