Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Mallusk who are currently recruiting a full time and permanent Document Controller to join their team.
Main tasks of job:
Document Control
1. Prepare all project progress reports, including collating all information from separate departments, formatting and issuing to pre-determined timescales.
2. Monitoring of documentation/drawings on online document management systems and registering new information to VESL system and issuing this information to our supply chain.
3. Prepare Health and Safety, starter testing / inspection packs, routinely audit information for compliance against company procedures.
4. Compilation of the Monthly Safety Reports
5. Control & file H&S documentation returning from site.
6. Manage the O+M manual production, including arranging all preparation (Mounting/Framing) of any information required for projects.
7. General typing for Projects, Estimation and Directors and proof reading of documents prior to issue.
8. Manage the internal plant register and staff equipment list.
9. Control technical documents and reports.
10. Provide general administration to the Engineer team.
11. Assistance with engineering tasks such as drawing quantification.
12. Arranging refreshments for meetings.
13. Attend meetings and take minutes, where applicable.
