ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)
We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. The candidate should have expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.
Technical & Functional Experience:
* Good knowledge of CSDM
* Excellent product roadmap awareness
* Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
* Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
* Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…)
* Portal management and customization skills
* Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup
* 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
* Designing and prototyping skills to transform ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences, active listening, and a supportive attitude
* Proactive approach in proposing help, detecting room for improvement, and seeking optimizations
* Team player willing to support and assist when needed
