Role Purpose
The Organisational Development Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and implementation of organisational development initiatives across the business. Working closely with HR Director and HR colleagues, the role will help ensure organisational policies, processes, and people initiatives are applied consistently and effectively, while considering local and cultural requirements.
This role is well suited to an early-career OD or HR professional looking to build experience in organisational development within an international environment. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development, documentation, and rollout of organisational policies and procedures across areas such as talent development, learning & development, and inclusion initiatives.
2. HR Director and HR team members in coordinating global and regional OD projects and initiatives.
3. Work with stakeholders across different regions to help adapt policies and materials for local and cultural contexts, with guidance from senior team members.
4. Help prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops in both Mandarin and English.
