We are currently looking for a Charging Service Representative to join our vibrant and dynamic team.
Hours of work: Part-time, late shift (4:30pm - 8pm) Fully flexible - Any 5 days out of 7 days.
As a Charging Service Representative, you will play a key part in providing efficient and friendly support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing payments, managing accounts, and assisting with enforcement services such as Penalty Charge Notices and appeals. You will work closely with the team to meet department targets, contribute to policy development, and uphold high standards of health and safety and professionalism.
The ideal Charging Service Representative will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer service or call centres is preferred
A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve effectively
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
