Role: Creative Director - Marketing Agency Salary: £60-70k Location: Bucks (Hybrid/remote) My client, a fast-growing creative marketing agency, is on the lookout for a Creative Director to take the reins of their creative team. Working with an exciting mix of clients across finance, sports, construction, and automotive, they deliver bold, insight-driven campaigns that make a real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Creative Director or a senior creative ready to step up into a leadership role. The Role The Creative Director will oversee and inspire a multi-disciplinary creative team, managing the entire creative process from concept to delivery. They'll translate client briefs into powerful, results-driven ideas while keeping the agency's work ahead of the curve. Reporting directly to the Director, they'll play a pivotal role in shaping creative vision and driving excellence across the board. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative direction for campaigns across multiple sectors, ensuring innovation and impact. Manage and mentor a team of creatives (designers, copywriters, content creators), fostering collaboration and growth. Turn client insights, cultural trends, and data into bold, compelling ideas. Present creative strategies and concepts to clients with authority and confidence. Work closely with account management and strategy teams to align creative outputs with client objectives. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables. Key Skills & Experience: Proven agency experience - an understanding of agency pace and expectations is essential. Strong grasp of consumer insights, industry trends, and cultural shifts. Leadership experience managing and motivating creative teams. Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling skills. Confident communicator, able to present and defend creative work effectively. Able to balance creativity with commercial awareness and deadlines.
