PPA Teacher
We are working with a range of Primary Schools across South Manchester to recruit a PPA Teacher to join their teams. This is an exciting opportunity for both full-time and part-time candidates to work flexible hours, typically between 8:00 am and 3.30 pm, supporting early years to KS2 classes in Primary Schools. We are seeking candidates who hold a DfE-recognised QTS qualification and have relevant experience working with young children, either in nurseries or mainstream Primary Schools.
As a PPA Teacher, your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 5-11, supporting their learning and development in line with the EYFS to KS2 framework. You will work closely with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities that foster children’s communication, physical, social, and emotional skills. Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment is essential, as well as building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Accurate record-keeping and ongoing observation of children’s progress will also form part of your role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
