* Undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the Waste Service delivered to the client, as requested
* Complete a schedule of waste tasks, as directed by the Waste supervisor / Waste Manager such as the movement of waste from approved waste storage areas to collection areas, correct segregation of waste streams, and operate machinery for the purposes of compacting waste, driving of specified vehicles if appropriate licence and training is given.
* Wear the company uniform at all times whilst at work
* Wear any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by the Waste supervisor / manager
* Comply to all client policies / procedures in relation to Waste services
* Ensure that all requirements in relation to COSHH are adhered to, as specified by the Waste supervisor / manager
* Ensure that the waste segregation and site colour coding policy is adhered to at all times
* To report all faults in relation to Waste machinery/equipment to the Waste supervisor.
* To report all building defects to the Waste supervisor
* To carry out any reasonable request, as specified by the Waste supervisor / manager
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or “What it will look like when you are doing the job well”
No justifiable complaints from building users / client staff within your areas of work
* Pass mark achieved in cleaning quality control audits within your areas of work
* No issues and concerns highlighted in relation to health and safety in your areas of work.
