Amazon Advertising Manager
Location: Bournemouth
What you will be doing
* Plan, build and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP to meet and exceed client KPIs
* Deliver full funnel Amazon strategies that support brand awareness, consideration and conversion
* Use Amazon Ads Console, AMC and AI‑powered tools to analyse performance and unlock growth opportunities
* Partner with e‑commerce retail teams to align campaigns with stock availability, promotions and product launches
* Produce clear, insight‑driven reports with actionable recommendations for clients
* Lead client communication through regular updates, reviews and strategic discussions
* Advise clients on best practice Amazon advertising approaches to maximise commercial outcomes
* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad content
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and efficiency
What we are looking for
* Around 2+ years’ experience in Amazon Advertising, performance marketing or a related e‑commerce role
* Proven experience managing client campaigns and delivering against KPIs
* Strong knowledge of Sponsored Ads and DSP, with full funnel understanding
* Experience using AMC or similar analytics tools is highly desirable
* Confident in stakeholder management and client‑facing communication
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
* Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* A proactive problem solver who looks for smarter, more efficient ways of working
* Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint
