We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Processor / Customer Service Administrator to join our client's busy team. This is a pivotal role within our Data department, where your precision ensures the integrity of our modelling, reporting, and forecasting.
You will be the backbone of our data management, enabling our Account Teams to deliver high-impact campaigns while ensuring our customers receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
Your new role
1. Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data within internal systems and databases.
2. Quality Control: Review data sets forpleteness and consistency; identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure "right-first-time" accuracy.
3. Efficiency: Process large volumes of data within strict deadlines to support agency workflows.
4. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and suggest improvements to data workflows.
5. Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries as required by the Account Teams
6. Meticulous Detail: A natural flair for accuracy and spotting errors.
7. Technical Proficiency:fortable using Microsoft Excel and various data entry systems.
8. Analytical Thinking: Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large,plex data sets
What you'll need to succeed
9. Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
10. Experience: Previous experience in a data entry, data processing, or administrative role is preferred.
11. Desirable: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and an understanding of data validation and information security principles.
12. Education: Further qualifications in Data, IT, or Administration are an advantage.
