Responsibilities
* Contacting providers to obtain information on existing plans
* Submitting/processing new business applications
* Obtaining plan valuations
* Corresponding with clients, ensuring client records are kept up to date
* Other general administrative duties
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience gained from either Financial or Professional Services.
* Diligent, analytical, with a good eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work both individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
