This is a high-impact, internally focused role where you’ll lead major commercial initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be joining a collaborative team, reporting into the Senior Director of Strategic Sales Initiatives, with significant visibility across senior leadership. The Role You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and rolling out strategic initiatives that support commercial growth across EMEA. From building internal sales tools and communications platforms to launching retail-facing programs and showroom concepts, you’ll shape projects that drive distribution, execution, and rate of sale. This is a rare opportunity to move away from customer-facing sales and step into a central commercial team where your ideas will influence markets at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver high-priority commercial projects across EMEA & OSP markets Create and evolve tools such as the Commercial Pitlane, LOS Merchandising Centre, and Retailer Engagement platforms Partner cross-functionally to roll out digital tools (e.g. Claw Store, Sales Supercharge) Manage cooler rollout strategies with a focus on ROI and speed to market Engage with senior stakeholders to align, influence, and embed initiatives Support content and planning for Commercial Leadership meetings Drive consistency, scalability, and innovation across market sales teams What We’re Looking For: Strong commercial background (NAM, Trade Marketing, Category, or Sales Strategy) Proven project management experience across cross-functional teams Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills High level of organisation, strategic thinking, and initiative ownership Background in FMCG, B2B, or high-growth consumer brands preferred Confident engaging with senior leadership and aligning cross-market stakeholders Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required Why Apply?
