The HSCP are recruiting for a Senior Leader for our largest Locality in Hamilton. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of integrated working and managing substantial service areas and budgets. They will have responsibility for statutory and regulated Social Work and Social Care services along with Community health services. The post holder will be expected to deliver safe, high quality and cost-effective services. They must have a strong track record of delivering effective public protection services. They must be able to demonstrate they have delivered exceptional performance in previous roles and can lead teams through complex change. A professional registration of Social Worker or equivalent is essential and evidence of achievement in management and leadership is desirable.
