Digital Test and Implementation Analyst role at Bellrock Group. Leicester (hybrid working).
Bellrock is a fast paced, customer focused environment. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Test and Implementation Analyst to join our growing team. This role supports the successful delivery of projects and ensures smooth internal transition of solutions and services to colleagues and clients. You will work closely with the Lead Digital Project Manager and the wider Digital Delivery team, providing test support and overseeing all testing activities within Digital Delivery. You will have the ability to define test strategy, coordinate and deliver test plans and scripts, working with other testers as necessary, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to project schedules.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy and test plans aligned to project objectives and risk profiles.
* Lead and manage through all phases of testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance).
* Coordinate test resource requirements, testing schedules, and defect triage sessions.
* Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using selected frameworks and tools.
* Oversee defect logging, tracking, and resolution; ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to fixes.
* Facilitate cross-team collaboration between development, operations, and business stakeholders to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
* Report on test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness in line with project delivery governance.
* Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory testing requirements where applicable.
* Work collaboratively across departments to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure digital solutions meet user and organisational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Solid experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
* Proven track record leading testing in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
* Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies (risk-based testing, exploratory testing, performance testing).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Confidence in engaging with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure.
* Strong judgement and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
* High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office (two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home). Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
