The Role
As a 180 consultant, your focus will be purely on high-value delivery:
* Managing and filling multiple live roles across established key accounts
* Running full candidate journeys from first call to placement
* Building deep, specialist talent pipelines
* Working closely with account managers who bring you exclusive, well-qualified vacancies
* Maximising conversion and placement value
There is no cold sales — just high-quality roles, proper client relationships, and the chance to bill consistently at a high level.

* Proven agency recruitment experience in a delivery or resourcing role
* Experience in technology, digital or professional services recruitment
* Comfortable working at pace across multiple live roles
