Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive school environment? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in the Wokingham and Bracknell area, with roles available immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning and development while working alongside experienced teaching staff in welcoming and inclusive settings.
✅ Key Requirements:
* Must have relevant experience in the education sector (school-based or similar)
* Strong understanding of classroom support, behaviour management, and child development
* Confident supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, and across whole classes
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and collaboration
Responsibilities May Include:
* Supporting pupils with a range of needs across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Assisting with classroom organisation and lesson delivery
* Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to meet individual pupil needs
