Senior Care Assistant – Care Home (Bank)
We are looking for a Bank Senior Care Assistant to work at a Barchester care home in Solihull. In this role you will provide person‑centred care and support for residents, supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, and support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews. You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager and help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
About you:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm‑hearted, compassionate, committed to individualised care.
