Main Duties and Responsibilities
Experienced in handling customer interactions both over the phone and in person, delivering high-quality service and support.
Skilled in generating new business leads through proactive outreach and research.
Proficient in making cold and warm calls, as well as managing, nurturing, and growing existing accounts.
Adept at attending client meetings to present products/services and promote sales opportunities.
Proven ability to work towards and consistently achieve sales targets.
Strong organisational skills with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
Person Specification
Strong experience and knowledge within the automotive industry.
Proven background in sales and business development, with the ability to drive growth and build lasting relationships.
Highly customer-service focused, consistently ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience at all times.
