Role: Finance Administrator / Finance Assistant Location: Hybrid (Central London; 3 days per week onsite) Rate: £350 to £375 p/d Inside IR35 (DOE) Length: 12-Month initial contract We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator / Finance Assistant to join a fast-growing, dynamic business on a 12-month contract. This pivotal role sits at the heart of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and control across all processes while supporting the leadership team in maintaining the financial health of the business. What You'll Do: Prepare and manage invoices, coordinating approvals and dispatch. Monitor outstanding payments and support cashflow management. Process incoming invoices and ensure timely accounts payable. Act as a liaison with external bookkeepers and finance partners, ensuring reconciliations and clear communication. Support monthly financial reporting and provide accurate data for management. Assist with payroll, pensions, tax, and compliance checks. Contribute to ad hoc finance projects to streamline processes and strengthen financial governance. About You: ACCA or CIMA qualified Experience in financial operations, accounting, or finance management, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling business. Highly detail-oriented with a solid understanding of financial controls and governance. Able to balance hands-on finance work with broader operational oversight. Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams. Motivated by building efficient financial systems that support sustainable growth.
