You must have press brake setting / operating experience to be considered for this role
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines according to specifications and technical drawings
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired angles and dimensions with accuracy
- Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring they meet specified tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Use hand tools, tooling, and other fabrication equipment as required
- Assist in the assembly of components when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
