Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers at the parts counter, handling enquiries and processing sales.
Maintain stock levels through accurate ordering and inventory management.
Keep the store and warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.
Share product knowledge and advice with customers to support their needs.
Requirements:
Mechanically minded; knowledge of agricultural or machinery parts is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using IT systems for stock management and sales processing.
