Your New Opportunity Our Adult Supported Living services support adults in their own homes and local communities. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people to live the life that matters to them. Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, on a rota basis. As a Support Worker, you will: Provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs and goals Support people with daily living skills, wellbeing, and community activities Encourage independence, choice and dignity in everything you do Build positive, respectful relationships based on trust and consistency Work as part of a supportive and committed team to deliver high‑quality care We’re Looking for People Who: Share our values of respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity Are flexible and happy to work across a range of shifts Have a genuine interest in supporting adults to live independently Are reliable, caring and committed to making a positive difference No previous social care experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support - what matters most is having the right values and attitude.
