Play key parts in company projects. Deliver desktop and application support to both internal and external users. Efficiently manage support tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues. Install approved software and ensure system integrity. Keep detailed records of faults and their resolutions.
