This Energy Company is looking for a brilliant all-rounder to look after this small office based in Charing Cross
Basic administrative support and facility management at the small Head Office

* General duties:
\t
* Oversee admin duties
\t
* Manage and mentor admin staff
\t
* Ensure compliance H&S requirements
\t
* Monitor budgets, supplier contracts and procurement of office materials and equipment,
\t
* Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes
\t
* Establish and maintain formal and informal relationships
\t
* Diary travel arrangements for London team
\t
* Reconcile company credit card
\t
* Work with finance and procurement team.
\t
* Arrange internal and external meetings including room bookings technology, refreshments and meeting and greeting guests.
\t
* Ad hoc tasks
This is a 12 month maternity cover and requires an immediate start.
Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 Working from home
