Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Transport Team Manager (Nights) to support our TJX operation in Crewe. This is a full-time, permanent role working 4 on 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00, where you’ll lead a team of Coordinators and Drivers to deliver safe, compliant and high-performing transport operations throughout the night.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead, motivate and support drivers and the transport office team to deliver strong shift performance
* Be accountable for daily transport operations, including planning adjustments and route departures
* Oversee compliance across WTD, EU Drivers’ Hours and tachograph regulations
* Manage incidents, delays and customer updates, ensuring service levels are maintained
* Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring all vehicle, driver and site standards are met
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous leadership experience within transport, distribution or logistics
* Excellent communication and people-management skills
* Strong understanding of transport compliance and operational processes
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work confidently in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
