We are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Hours of work is Monday - Thursday and Friday Salary is £29k and offer private health insurance. Thepany is also considering offering hybrid working from home 1 day a week too. Your new role
As an Experienced Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Your duties will include:
1. Processing customer invoices accurately and on time
2. Managing iing calls, emails, letters, and voicemails
3. Inputting and maintaining large volumes of data on a bespoke IT system
4. Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed
5. Assisting with client requirements and ensuring their successful implementation
6. Keeping detailed records and performing data analysis
