ServiceNow Technical Trainer required by a fast-growing, ServiceNow start-up that combines the power of ServiceNow with market-leading AIOps and Dev Ops.
Founded in 2023, this independent start-up already boasts amongst the biggest and best ServiceNow client lists. With a primary focus on enterprise customers, our client is already working with 3 global banks, with other large projects firmly in the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical training (for a developer level) via virtual classroom, workshop and recorded formats.
* Deploy excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Assist in the building of an effective training course and curriculum.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* 3-5 years experience as a ServiceNow Tech Consultant / Technical Trainer.
* Enterprise experience (at least 2 major projects).
* Experience with ITSM + one other major module .
* Aptitude for working in a start-up environment .
* High levels of creativity and flexibility.
* Experience of training tools is desirable.
