Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Lettings Consultant located in the Hale office. The role involves managing property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, conducting property viewings, and negotiating agreements. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining accurate property records, developing strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional marketing and promotional strategies for clients. Collaborative teamwork and autonomy in managing tasks are integral to the role.
Qualifications
* Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of local property market trends in the Hale & Altrincham area.
* Administrative and organisational skills for maintaining property records
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team
* Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is beneficial
* Previous experience in real estate or relevant qualifications are advantageous
