We are a family-owned, award-winning 4 AA Red Star property with a truly magical setting—think luxury treehouses, Scandi-style shepherd’s huts, and woodland views that are simply breathtaking. Guests love our quirky yet luxurious accommodation, cosy spots to watch the sunset, and the outstanding dining created by our talented chef team.
Our restaurant boasts 2 AA Rosettes and serves up sustainable, beautifully fresh seafood, gourmet hotdogs, and small plates—all in a luxurious yet relaxed setting in the woods.
The Fish’s friendly team is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Waiting Staff member to join us in delivering an unforgettable experience to every guest. Whether it’s full-time or part-time hours you’re after, we’d love to chat with you! Please note, most roles will involve working weekends.
We offer £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.80 per hour after one year’s service, plus a share of service charge, meals on duty, and a uniform provided.
