⚙️ Warehouse Warranty Line Operative
Hours: Monday - Friday, 15:00 - 23:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Temporary, £13.30ph

Overview
As a Warehouse Warranty Line Operative, you will support our customers by processing and claiming warranty repairs across multiple vendors within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage data effectively within SAP and other systems.
You'll work closely with vendors such as HP, Lenovo, and Dell, ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Process and update components/devices in SAP, ServiceNow, and ITSM.
Manage warranty claims through vendor portals (including raising RMAs).
Liaise with courier partners and third-party suppliers.
Maintain warranty databases and track serial numbers/assets accurately.
Use Excel for reporting and warranty tracking.
Handle queries and error management within SLA.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and meet personal performance targets.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in administration or warehouse operations.
Working knowledge of SAP and vendor web portals.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Confident working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and numerically strong with good Excel skills.
