To support, maintain and enhance the organisation’s D365 Fin ance and Operations and Business Central environments, providing systems administration and user support during ongoing UK and European rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer, configure and support D365 F&O and Business Central environments
* Manage security roles, permissions, workflows and environment settings
* Support multi country rollout activities and ongoing system adoption
* Troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations and coordinate fixes
* Maintain system documentation, governance processes and change control
* Work with Finance, Operations and IT to deliver continuous system improvements
* Support integrations, data quality management and release cycles
Requirements
* Experience in a D365 F&O Systems Administrator or similar ERP support role
* Strong knowledge of security roles, workflows, modules and environment management
* Exposure to Business Central is advantageous
* Understanding of integrations, data structures and change processes
* Strong documentation, communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid, multi site environment
* Experience supporting multi country ERP deployments
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, release management or testing cycles
* Knowledge of finance or supply chain processes
