Job Title: Team Manager Location: Kindercare, Belfast Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum (plus £3,000 car allowance) Kindercare Fostering NI is a not-for-profit agency, part of the UKs largest independent fostering group. The Role As Team Manager, youll: Support the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality fostering services. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and minimum standards. Oversee carer recruitment, assessment, referrals, placements, and training. Contribute to regional growth and service development. About You Registered Social Worker (NISCC or equivalent). Recent experience in fostering/childrens services. Knowledge of the regulatory framework. Previous line management experience. Strong communication and IT skills, with flexibility to travel.
