Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises for internal and external hires.
* Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, basic upkeep, painting), and coordinating larger maintenance needs with the Site Management team.
* Safety Sentinel: Conducting daily checks to ensure pathways and internal spaces meet rigorous health and safety standards.
