As a Support Worker at our Home in Walton-on-Thames, you'll provide high quality, person-centred emergency care and support to individuals living in extra care accommodation.
This includes supporting people with complex needs to live as independently as possible, promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing in line with Outstanding CQC regulations.
* Role: Support Worker
* Hours: 36–48 per week (day shifts 🌞)
* Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour 💷
* Working every other weekend
* Location: Walton-on-Thames
Responsibilities for our Support Workers:
* This opportunity is for a charitable organisation dedicated to providing housing for older individuals with limited means, help residents live independently, while also organising social activities.
Requirements for our Support Workers:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience working in Care within the UK (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Not mandatory)
* Care Certificates (essential)
