About the role: As the Sports Centre and Lettings Officer, you will ensure the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre runs smoothly from managing staffing, safety, and supervision to liaising with customers and promoting the use of our facilities. You will also be a keyholder and act as Duty Officer when required, working closely with our Site Manager and caretaking team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure staffing, cleanliness, supervision, and safety standards are met at all times. Act as the main point of contact for weekend lettings; supervise staff and support lettings organisers. Manage lettings documentation and coordinate with the Finance Office to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
