Milk Education are working closely with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the L20 area seeking an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to develop their experience in a school environment.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher
2. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
3. Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive participation
4. Follow school policies and uphold the school’s core values
5. Build rapport with students and contribute to a positive school environment
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or anyone with experience working with young people.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
6. Have experience working with secondary-aged students
7. Are confident managing classroom behaviour
8. Can communicate effectively with both students and staff
9. Are adaptable, reliable, and proactive
10. Have a genuine interest in education and pupil development
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, though we can assist you in obtaining one.
