Core Purpose
OEG’s Business Development & Commercial Department (Topside Services: Blades Department) requires competent, driven individuals to join as a Blade Services Business Development Manager to support the company’s global expansion.
The department is responsible for delivering the company’s sales strategy, under the instruction of the Business Development & Commercial Director.
As a team member, you will operate as a Business Development resource, supporting B2B communications, proposals, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Focus on Blade Services sales and development opportunities globally.
* Support the team in securing new business, increasing revenue and profitability.
* Develop new business opportunities and manage existing sales pipelines via CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Develop and implement client engagement plans and manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Analyze industry trends and customer drivers, and meet with management to discuss strategies.
* Provide intelligence to the tendering team for proposals and responses.
* Assist in crafting tender responses and developing service proposals.
* Guide marketing strategies related to business development.
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
* Create and adhere to KPIs with the Business Development & Commercial Director.
* Track and report on BD metrics and targets.
* Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
* Implement sales and business development processes and best practices.
* Contribute to prequalification submissions to maintain Vendor Status.
* Promote OEG and share knowledge through networking and events.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
