Office Manager & Renewals Administrator – IT Managed Services

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Office Manager & Renewals Administrator to join this continually successful IT Managed Services Company. This role is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Bromley head office and Central London satellite office, while also supporting sales operations and managing customer renewals.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver an efficient, professional and customer-focused service. The role is office-based in Bromley, Monday to Friday (9:00am–5:30pm).

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers, stock, security and administration

* Maintain a professional, well-organised working environment

* Oversee renewals for licences, warranties and Microsoft 365 subscriptions

* Maintain accurate renewal records and follow up with customers

* Support the sales team with quotes, orders and invoicing

* Liaise with customers, suppliers and partners to ensure best value and service

About You:

* Proven experience as an Office Manager within an SME

* Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability

* Confident using Microsoft Office and working with databases

* A proactive, customer-focused team player

Desirable:

* Experience in an IT or technology-focused business

* Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and IT products

* B2B experience or a business/technology-related qualification
