A-Team Academy is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be confident handling phone inquiries, highly organised, and passionate about helping families access the right educational support. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for this flexible role. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong numerical skills, and take pride in maintaining smooth daily operations In this role, you'll be the backbone of accounts supporting the management team, coordinating diaries, handling executive administration and ensuring financial accuracy. You'll collaborate closely with our Accountant and support team, playing a key role in keeping our business efficient, compliant and on track. What You'll Be Doing: Providing high-level personal assistance and executive support to management. Managing diaries, meetings, and schedules with precision. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical duties. Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, entries, and reconciliations. Sending invoices and contacting clients ensuring deadlines are met. Working with Xero accounting, Gocardless and Stripe software to manage transactions and reporting. Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. What we are looking for: 5 years of bookkeeping or higher-level accounting experience. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Xero. High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive can-do attitude. Experience in healthcare and/or finance qualifications are a plus but not essential.
