Hours: 8.30am-4pm

Days a week: Monday-Friday

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator for our thriving nursery. If you are passionate about early childhood education, we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading learning and ensuring high-quality provision in collaboration with other early years educators.
2. Following safeguarding requirements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
3. Managing a key group of children, including assessment, planning, and reporting.
4. Communicating effectively with parents/carers and building strong working relationships.
5. Contributing to the school’s statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
1. Thorough understanding of early childhood education, with the ability to inspire and nurture young learners.
2. An appreciation of the importance of early education in a child's development and future learning.
3. Ability to establish secure, supportive, and loving relationships with children.
4. Strong teamwork skills and resilience to adapt to the dynamic needs of children and the school community.
5. Experience in providing high-quality early years education and care.
6. Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children and young people.
