What will you do?
* Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
* Maintain and enforce high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate F&B team members to achieve performance excellence.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing, and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met.
* Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and control inventory levels.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
* Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Events, etc.) for smooth operations.
What do we look for?
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a managerial F&B role.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
