Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator (Trainee or Senior) located in Evesham. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing property sales, communicating with clients and customers, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include negotiating sales, conducting property viewings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in the area. The role requires dedication to achieving the best outcome for clients and customers by leveraging sales techniques and effective communication.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agents/ Lettings would be benefical however not essential
* Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
* Skills in Sales and Negotiation
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
* Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
* Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills
* Motivated and results-driven attitude
